Includes chapters by William Jolly FGS FRSE; The Rev. John McMurtrie MA; Professor W Ivison Macadam FCS FIC MMS etc.. Blue pictorial boards, light edge rubbing, owners bookplate to front pastedown, interesting inscription in pencil to verso of frontispiece. The owner of the book was an old school friend of the author, the inscription is possibly all or in part written by the author. Occasional foxing to pages, some spotting to edges, neat short closed tear to map at rear, overall an interesting and VG copy of a scarce title.
